Made this tonight for the kiddos since the guys were off to the Priesthood session. The kids loved it. I think next time I will pour it over noodles so its kinda like a tuna casserole. Oh, and I added peas and corn, it was yummy!
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. rich milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. flaked tuna, canned
(Frozen Veggies)

Melt
butter and blend in flour; add milk and stir while cooking until
mixture is thick and smooth. Add salt and pepper and canned tuna. Serve
hot on squares of toast. This recipe may also be used with chipped beef.
